General Delivery Policy

Order Processing

  • All orders will be processed within 1 day (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Successfully placed order will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation (live chat or contact no: 0176617127).
  • If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately on live chat. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has been shipped.
  • Please review and ensure you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.
  • For group buy orders, please note that your order is not confirmed until the minimum purchase of the group buy deal is fulfilled. You will only be charged when the group buy is successful, and your order will be processed within 1 day after the payment is successfully retrieved from your account. 


Shipping/delivery rates

  • We charge a flat RM6 delivery fees with every order to within West Malaysia and RM 15 to East Malaysia.
  • For orders delivering to West Malaysia, you are eligible for FREE shipping if your order is more than RM200 in value.
  • For orders delivering to East Malaysia, you are eligible for FREE shipping if your order is more than RM250 in value.
  • Free shipping vouchers are given out by us from time to time, and you will be able to get free delivery by applying the coupon code at checkout.


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
